The WFL  holds monthly board meetings on the first sunday of the month at 6 pm at Wylie, Texas. 75098. Active members in good standing of the Wylie Football league are welcome to attend board meetings.  Please contact the board Secretary to confirm the meeting time and location.

1. Call the meeting to order.
2. Determine if a quorum is present to conduct business.
3. Review and approve any previous meeting minutes.
4. Members Comments and questions (limited to 3 Minutes)
5. Financial review
   1. Treasurer, Matt Kottmeier may report on: all finical matters concerning all accounts, contracts, leases, purchases, bills, payables, receivables, bank statements, charge accounts, monthly billing; service accounts, income, sales, funding, all transactions by check or electronic debit, revenues, expenses, insurance agreements, administrative issues and matters as it relates to the WFL.

1. Secretary’s report,
   1. Secretary Maier may report on: registrations, uniforms, jerseys, football equipment, equipment status and needs, vendors, contracts, leases, complaints, disputes; schedules, calendars, meetings administrative issues, emails, vendor contracts, insurance contracts, inter local governmental agreements and relations; regulatory compliance issues correspondences and any and all matters concerning the WFL.
